The Norfolk Trusted Trader Scheme

The Norfolk Trusted Trader scheme was set up by the Norfolk County Council Trading Standards team. They wanted to provide an online list of reputable companies that the residents of Norfolk could refer to whenever they wanted to make certain that they were employing an honest tradesperson. 

Background Checks

Before we could be listed in the Norfolk Trusted Trader directory, we had to prove that we complied with their strict standards. Our company was also subjected to a series of background checks to make sure that we are honest about the products and services that we offer. 

Ongoing Assessment

On top of the initial checks, there is an ongoing assessment by our customers. Anyone for whom we provide a paving or landscaping service can leave a review for our potential future customers to read when they are choosing a firm to provide a similar service.
